Become a Parish Volunteer

Would you like to get more involved in your parish and learn more about the work of CAFOD?

Several parishes across the diocese of Leeds who are actively supporting the work of CAFOD are in need of a Parish Volunteer to help with their Harvest and Lent appeals as well as coordinate other activities in the parish.

All CAFOD volunteers will receive training and support in the role and will be invited to regular briefings and events throughout the liturgical year both here in the Leeds Diocese and nationally.

When you volunteer in your parish, you have the chance to enable your parish community to take action for global justice.

With your passion for a fairer world, and teaming up with your parish priest and others in your community, you can help bring CAFOD’s work to life by promoting Fast Days and holding activities in your parish community, raising awareness of campaign petitions, and more.
